4.Use eyeshadow stick or silicone brush to pick the powder and burnish it onto your nails.
5.Seal it with no wipe or tempered top coat, cure it under LED/UV lamp

Shimmer Effect
1.Apply base coat on your nails and cure it under LED/UV lamp.
2.Apply color coat on your nails and cure it under LED/UV lamp.
3.Mix no wipe UV top coat and the powder evenly, and apply it onto your nails.
